Furthermore, the central character has an interesting and complex personality. He is a superhuman Marine, but he is flawed. He lies, cheats and bends all the rules to get the job done, but he also has a heart. That makes him human, and you can't help but like him. I love this book. It was easy to read. I'm not a huge fan of military related books but this caught my attention from the beginning. I liked it so much I ordered copies for 3 of my family members.
It kept me interested I could not put it down

I always go into reading a 300+ page book with some trepidation because it's a commitment. If I'm not pulled into the story, I'm done by page 50. I finished this entire book and still wanted more. When I realized that there are other books to follow I was excited! I want to be brought into this writers world. You can tell the story comes from inside knowledge of the inner workings of our Government and Military. A must read... you won't be sorry that you started this book. But you will be asking for more when you finish...
